Will you help us? Meet the Mighty Samson! This tiny guy was found wandering the streets and a kind couple took him in. They quickly realized that he had serious health issues they couldn’t afford. The contacted a dear friend of our rescue for help. Lori Garcia contacted us and agreed to help this precious boy.

Samson's vetting will be very expensive. Will you help with a donation to his care? paypal@ahsr.ngo

He’s had his initial vet visit and what we thought was collapsing trachea is more of a symptom of the corruption running down his throat from his teeth that are the most advanced decay we’ve seen before. He’s being treated with steroids to reduce the inflammation and swelling in his throat and antibiotics to get rid of the infection. When his throat is well enough we’ll address his teeth. Samson has a lot of challenges to overcome. His rear knees are shot so he’s a bit bow legged, but he’s quick as the dickens. He’s a fighter and deserves a chance to be free from the severe coughing and pain he’s currently in. He’s happy, friendly, loves to be outside, he just needs medical intervention. We’ve spent $455 for evaluation, extensive testing, and medication. His dental will be difficult and expensive. Will you help us restore this precious boy’s health?
Paypal@ahsr.com or hit the donate button in Wendy Wisdom Studdard’s post. Follow Samson’s progress by monitoring Wendy’s updates. Thank you!
We aren’t accepting applications for Samson at this time.
