Meet Gretchen! 🐾
LOCATED IN INDIANAPOLIS
Mini Schnauzer
9 years old
Spayed • Microchipped • Vaccines up to date
Heartworm Negative | on preventative
Crate trained
House trained (occasional accident)
Learning to walk on leash
Gretchen is a sweet 9-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who is beginning a wonderful new chapter in life. She is a breeder-release girl who is now ready to experience the love and comfort of a real home.
Gretchen has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccines, and is on heartworm prevention, so she’s ready for her forever family.
Now that she’s settling into home life, Gretchen’s personality is really shining. She’s a loving little girl who enjoys being close to her people and would be very happy snuggling in bed with her humans at night. She also does well in her crate (her little “home”) and will go in comfortably when needed.
Gretchen is learning to walk on a leash, and like many dogs who haven’t had much experience with it, it’s still a work in progress. She absolutely loves being outside and running around the yard, so a securely fenced yard with no openings would be important to keep this curious girl safe.
Gretchen is a sweet little soul looking for love and a forever home where she can continue learning, feel safe, and finally enjoy the life every dog deserves.
💕 Could Gretchen be the little companion you’ve been waiting for?

How is she with kids? ☺️
oh my goodness Amy Rosenthal
She's beautiful! 💗
She is a cutie.
What a beautiful little Schnauzer. It saddens me however to know that she spent the first nine years of her life as a breeder dog. Way too many years for her to be bred! Hope she gets a wonderful home now ❤️🐾🐾
Happy and hopes she will find a loving home to spend the rest of her life with 🐾💜
Are you looking for a home with another dog?
Hope she gets a good home I have male from a breeder he is a sweetheart they need love
My first schnauzer was named Gretchen. If she takes after that one, she’s a once in a lifetime dog!

I have no use for the abuses of breeders! So many start off with good intentions and then the money turns them!
